Chocolate Cupcakes with Strawberry Frosting!

When you have leftover frosting, you need to make more cake!

Use your favorite chocolate cake mix or recipe to make the cupcakes. Top with Strawberry Frosting from the recipe below. If you want to dress it up, add some fruit on a toothpick and top the cupcake!

Strawberry Frosting:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened

  • 2 (16-ounce) packages powdered sugar

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions
