Cold Start Yogurt

This is the easiest yogurt recipe I’ve ever made and it’s so much better than anything I’ve been able to buy at the store.

Ingredients

52 oz carton Fairlife Whole or 2% Milk
16 oz bottle Natural Bliss Coffee Cream (I’ve used Sweet Cream or Vanilla flavor)
2 heaping Tablespoons Oui Vanilla Yogurt or your own yogurt starter for future batches

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together in the Deluxe Multi Cooker Inner Pot
Select Yogurt for 8-10 hours on Medium.
When finished, cover with silicone stretch fit lid and refrigerate overnight.
Transfer to storage containers and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Consume within 2 weeks.

Notes

To make plain yogurt, add 2 additional cups of Fairlife Milk to replace the creamer.

If using Pampered Chef’s retired Quick Cooker, Select Proof for 6 hours, then restart for 2 additional hours for a total of 8 hours. (For a thicker yogurt, Proof for a total of 10 hours) Video here: https://youtu.be/BLXYSVQ1zEU

I have also used Aldi’s Barissimo Pure Creamer.
