2.5 cups pan drippings from turkey, strained
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt & Pepper
Melt butter in Cast Iron Milk Pan, whisk in flour and stir constantly until smooth and just browned.
Slowing pour in the drippings while continuing to whisk it in with the butter.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer until thickened. About 5-10 minutes. Stir in parsley and salt and pepper
